Creating the First Asset

If your Ledger does not yet have any Assets, you can create one by following these steps.

Suggest Edits
  1. Navigate to the Assets tab on the Ledger information page and click the Create your first Asset button (Figure 1).

  1. The New Asset form will open on the right side of the screen.
  2. Fill in the information and click the Save button.
    • If the Asset represents a currency, ensure the code complies with the ISO 4217 standards.

Once created, the Asset will appear in the list of available Assets for your Ledger.
