A Segment represents a cluster of accounts grouped based on specific characteristics and associated benefits. This structure allows financial institutions to tailor advantages, services, and conditions to precisely meet the needs of each segment.

At the core of this structure is the Segment ID, a unique identifier that enables financial institutions to track and manage each client within a portfolio.

With Segments, financial institutions can implement dynamic segmentation and deliver highly personalized experiences that reflect Lerian’s values: independence, innovation, and transformation.
