The Fee Schedules page of the Matcher module in Lerian Console lists your fee schedules. A fee schedule defines expected fees: flat, percentage, tiered, or formula. Matcher uses them to check the fees between matched transactions and to flag differences. All contexts share the same fee schedules. To apply a schedule to a context, add a fee rule on the Fee Rules tab of that context, as Context fee rules describes.

Opening the Fee Schedules page

In the Matcher module, go to Settings → Fee Schedules. The page does not use the Active context selector.

Fee schedules table

The table shows up to 25 schedules per page. It has these columns: Use Previous and Next below the table to move between pages.

Application order

Matcher applies the fee items in priority order, lowest number first.

Editing a fee schedule

  1. Open the row actions menu and click Edit. A sheet opens with the current values.
  2. Change Name, Application order, Rounding method, or Decimal places.

Simulating fees

Use a simulation to estimate the fees of a schedule for an amount. A simulation records nothing.
  1. Open the row actions menu and click Simulate. The Simulate fees dialog opens.
  2. Enter the amount in Gross amount. The label shows the currency of the schedule, for example Gross amount (BRL).
  3. Click Run simulation.
The result shows the Gross amount, the Total fee, and the Net amount. A table lists each fee item by Name, with the Base used and the Fee.

Deleting a fee schedule

  1. Open the row actions menu and click Delete. A confirmation dialog opens.
  2. Click Confirm.
Matcher does not delete a schedule that a fee rule still uses. The Used by column shows how many contexts use the schedule.
