The Operational History screen of the Matcher module in Lerian Console shows the history of the active context. It has two tables: Run history for reconciliation runs and Import jobs for data imports.
Export jobs are not on this screen. They are on Reporting → Exports. See Reports and exports.

Accessing the Operational History screen

Click Operate → Operational History in the Matcher sidebar. The screen shows the Active context that you select in the Matcher sidebar. To see another context, change the Active context. If no context exists, the screen asks you to create one and shows a Browse contexts button.

Run history

The Run history table lists the runs of the context, newest first, 20 per page. Use Previous and Next to move between pages. While a run on the page is in progress, the table shows a Live badge. It refreshes every two seconds, for up to three minutes.

For how to start a run, see Running reconciliations.

Import jobs

The Import jobs table lists the import jobs of the context, newest first, 15 per page. While a job on the page waits or runs, the table refreshes every two seconds and shows a Live badge. Click a row, Details, or View errors to open the Import details panel.

Import details

The Import details panel shows the job status and Rows imported. Depending on the job, it can also show:
  • Notes about duplicate rows, with the duplicate reason.
  • The number of rows imported for review. The link opens Resolve → Unmatched.
  • A summary of the outcome, for example the percentage of rows that failed.
  • Import errors, for a completed job with failed rows. Each row of the list gives the file row number, the field, and the error message.
  • Produced transactions, for a completed job. Each row gives the reference, amount, date, and status of a transaction that the job created.
