Matcher, Lerian’s reconciliation engine, has a module in Lerian Console. The Matcher module puts the reconciliation workflow behind a visual interface. You configure contexts, sources, and match rules, import transaction files, run reconciliations, review matches, and resolve exceptions, all without writing API calls.
Matcher is only available if you’ve acquired the Matcher product. Want access? Get in touch with our team to learn more.

Opening the Matcher module

To use the module, turn on Matcher for your organization in Settings → Products. See Products. To open the module, select the Matcher card on the Lerian Console home page. If Matcher is off for your organization, each Matcher page shows a message that says so.

Active context

The Matcher sidebar holds the Active context selector. Screens that work on one reconciliation context, such as the Dashboard, Reconciliations, and Unmatched, use the active context. Switch it to change the data these screens show. The Console keeps your choice in this browser. If the stored context no longer exists, the Console selects the first context in the list.

Main work surfaces

Dashboard

Reconciliation health at a glance for the active context: match rate, cash impact, and exception SLA.

Reconciliation setup

Create contexts and manage their sources, field maps, rules, schedules, and fee rules from each context’s detail page.

Imports and runs

Import transaction files and start reconciliation runs, then follow their progress.

Matches

Review the match groups of each run, or pair the remaining transactions in the Unmatched workbench.

Exceptions and disputes

Work the queue of transactions that did not match automatically. Resolve them, or escalate them into disputes.

Reporting

Portfolio health, reports, exports, audit logs, and archives.
For a directory of the module’s screens by sidebar group, see Matcher module pages.

Beyond the Matcher module
