The Alias Accounts page is part of the CRM plugin and gives you a clear, organized view of all CRM alias accounts linked to your holders.

This guide walks you through everything you can do from the UI, including how to view, create, edit, and manage alias accounts directly from the Console. Whether you're testing flows, verifying configurations, or documenting behavior, this page helps you understand how alias accounts are handled in practice.

Accessing the Alias Accounts page

To open the Alias Accounts page, click the Manage Alias Accounts button on the CRM page (Figure 1). You can also click the Alias Accounts tab.

The Alias Accounts page will open, displaying information about the Alias Accounts available. (Figure 2)

• If you do not have any Alias Accounts, the list will appear empty.

Available actions

From the Alias Account page, you can:

• Create an alias account
• Edit an alias account information
• Delete an alias account

Creating an alias account

To create an alias account in Midaz Console, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Alias Account page and click the New Alias Account + button.
2. A window will open where you can specify the information about the account.
3. Fill in all the necessary information and click Create Alias Account.

If the creation is successful, you will receive a confirmation message, and the list will refresh to show the new Holder.

Editing an alias account

To edit the information of a holder, follow these steps:

1. From the Alias Accounts page, find the alias account that you want to edit.
2. Click the three dots ( ) from the Actions column, and select Edit.
3. The alias account form will open.
4. Edit the information as needed and click Save.

Deleting an alias account

To delete a holder, follow these steps:

1. From the Alias Accounts page, find the alias account that you want to delete.
2. Click the three dots ( ) from the Actions column, and select Delete (Figure 4).
3. A confirmation dialog will appear.
4. Click Confirm to finalize the deletion.
5. Once confirmed, the alias account will be permanently removed from the platform. Proceed with caution.
